Select Coffee began by roasting coffees for wholesale buyers like restaurants and other institutions. In January 2005, they opened a retail storefront and it's been an unqualified success with local coffee connoisseurs.

A wide variety of fresh roasted coffees are available, as well as specialty flavoured coffees. Select Coffee has their own Select blend, which is a mellow blend of five types of coffee bean. Colombian, Espresso and Decaffeinated beans are also available, as is Select Coffee's French Roast. This dark roast is a specialty of Select Coffee. Flavoured coffees include Bavarian Chocolate, Swiss Mocha Almond, Irish Cream and Vanilla Hazelnut (regular or decaf).
